diy dreamcatcher workshop with lite bites
Originally a Native American craft, dreamcatchers are thought to act as a spider web catching bad dreams and nightmares but allowing the good dreams through. The dreamcatcher is a modern piece of home décor that has special meaning for the person who makes it!
We will do a modern version of this project, wrapping a metal ring with fabric, lace, twine or yarn and stringing up a simple web design (looks harder than it actually is!). Options for more embellishment include lace, yarn, pom pom strands, ribbon, wooden and glass beads and feathers to hang from the bottom of your ring. And whatever else magical items we find before the workshop! 🙂
240 AED for dreamcatcher and dinner nibbles with tea and coffee
Payment is in cash at the event, and exact change is always appreciated.
Workshop location is Retold Boutique on Umm Suqeim Street.
