macramé workshop series part 2: macra-weave wall hanging
in this workshop series, participants will learn the basics of macramé, the relaxing art of tying knots to create beautiful
items and a form of creative expression which has its roots in the middle eastern region.
for this second and final part of the series, we will learn 1 more basic macramé knot and several basic weaving techniques to make a macra-weave wall hanging!
all supplies are included in this hands-on class,
including black, natural or white cotton rope and yarn of all colors and sizes, including natural wool roving.

we are partnering with huna to set up the workshop at One Third Food Hall in Dar Wasl Mall (find us at the Emirati Coffee Co) and will sample some delish bites and traditional tea from the afghan gourmet restaurant next door, kishmish.
you must have attended a previous macrame workshop with us (one is on august 25th here) or have previous macramé knowledge to attend this workshop.
